Provence...

Am currently in Provence on a cooking holiday with some very nice people (they get cooked for, i get a very nice holiday - it works well!).  

The house has a vineyard and kitchen are beautiful and the farmer gives us all sorts (courgette flowers, tomatoes, basil etc),  plus the produce out here is all generally pretty special, so the cooking is a pleasure!

I'm taking a few snaps so will blog up some pics and recipes when i'm back.
