Al fresco seafood BBQ, Mui Ne: the unlucky prawns, crabs, fish, lobster, turtle (yes turtle) etc.... are kept live in tanks of sea water.
You point, and the nice Vietnamese people slap it on the grill.
They're good at it too; I went back two nights running and everything I ate was perfectly cooked (which isn't as easy as it sounds).

Then you just buy a few beers, and perhaps a french bagette or two, and you're set.
